What is the delivery time for my order?
Our orders are generally processed within 24/48 hours. Home delivery then takes between 7 to 12 business days. You will receive a tracking number upon shipment to track your package in real-time.
How to choose the right size?
We recommend consulting our Size Guide available on each product page. If you are between two sizes, we advise choosing the larger size for optimal comfort, as our fabrics offer high-performance compression.
Can I exchange my item if it doesn't fit?
Absolutely. You have 14 days after receiving your package to request an exchange or return. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging for hygiene reasons.
How do I care for my Askyle piece?
To preserve the elasticity and compression technology of our fabrics, we recommend hand washing or machine washing at a maximum of 30°C (delicate cycle). Avoid tumble drying and opt for air drying.
Are my payment details protected?
Absolutely. In addition to SSL encryption, our store is compatible with the 3D Secure protocol. This means an additional verification step is performed with your bank to validate your purchase.
